Kevin Rogers

Kevin Rogers has been playing guitar and performing for more than 20 years.  He was awarded his bachelor’s degree in the performing arts with emphasis on guitar from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.  

He has performed with Peter Noon of Herman’s Hermits, Rich Little, worked as a studio guitarist for RCA recording artists and has done recording session work for Janet Jackson’s producers, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis at Flytetime Studios on the Perspective record label.  

Kevin records and produces radio jingles, television jingles, corporate music for video and corporate advertising music and has done so for 15 years.  Some of Kevin's clients include McDonalds, WalMart, Blockbuster Video, Pizza Hut and Sonic.  He has released three CD’s.  "Eternity”, “Path Of Life” and his latest work “Abundant Rain.”  He has played on over forty-five custom CD projects for various artists around the United States and is currently the music director at Heartland Community Church in Overland Park, Kansas.  Kevin was guitar clinician for Maranatha Music Workshops for three years working with church worship teams across the United States.  

He has performed in the Kansas City area in various bands for over 15 years and most recently was a member of the group “Sticks Of Thunder” during their stay at Union Station.  

Kevin's current band, "The Kevin Rogers Project", is a 4-piece wide variety dance band based in Kansas City.  He performs at private parties of all types.
